Project Description
Remodeled 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen living room, laundry room, dining room and deck. Refurbished existing drywall and patched as needed. Added insulation. Moved electrical and added plumbing. Painting of entire home. Added fiberglass shower units, vanities, sinks, faucets and flooring in bathrooms. One bath had a double sink marble top with undermount sinks. Kitchen received new cabinets, granite countertops with undermount sink and new light fixtures with can lighting and pendant lighting. We added a couple Anderson windows, a few new interior doors as well as did the entire main level in vinyl plank flooring. In the living room, we moved the coax cables to hang a wall mount TV. Upgraded the fireplace glass door and built a custom fireplace mantle. Added a deck off the main bedroom with TimberTech composite decking and Radiance handrail system. The lower deck was also decked with TimberTech composite decking with a Dryspace underdeck drainage system.
