Project Description
Added a full 2 story room addition including all excavating, concrete, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Installed new ductwork for the new furnace and AC unit to heat and cool the large living space with vaulted ceilings. Installed new Quaker vinyl windows throughout home. Installed a new roof, soffit and fascia as well as vinyl siding. Built a new deck with all treated lumber framing and decked with TimberTech composite decking with Certainteed Kingston style vinyl handrails. The deck has a underdeck dryspace drainage system to keep under the deck dry. Added an outside shower. Landscaped the yard with new sod. Inside we installed all new electrical and plumbing. Added 2 bedrooms, a game room and laundry room. Expanded the living room. Installed a new kitchen complete with new cabinets with laminate countertops and tile backsplash. We installed all new lighting fixtures including pendant lighting, all new trim, painted the entire house and installed an engineered hardwood floor. IN the bathrooms we added fiberglass shower units with glass shower doors, ceramic tile floors and new vanity and sinks.
