Project Description
Added 2 story room addition on the lake side of the cottage. This upgraded it with 2 more bedrooms, and expanded living room. kitchen area and bathroom. We added a new roof, soffit and fascia, new vinyl siding with vinyl shake accents and seamless gutters. We added a deck with TimberTech composite decking. We added bench seating on the deck. The stair railing was a Certainteed Oxford vinyl handrail system. In the basement level we added a steel I beam to open the space up with maximum beam spacing. Added a new kitchen with cabinets, quartz countertops with undermount sink and glass tile backsplash. We also added new vinyl sliding doors, steel entry doors and vinyl window in the entire home and addition. We added a custom tile shower with glass door, new furnace and AC, id all the painting and trim work and added an engineered wood floor to finish it off.
