Project Description
Demolished entire interior of house. Removed walls and changed layout. Updated electrical and plumbing. Updated insulation to code with blown in cellulose. Redesigned interior layout including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room with laundry chute. Installed all new drywall, trim, engineered wood flooring, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops with undermount sink. Installed new faucets, tile backsplash, new interior doors, tile backsplash, light fixtures and ceiling fans. Installed new fiberglass tub and shower units in remodeled baths with new vanities and sinks on ceramic tile floor with a brand new linen closet.
